Honest, quick, really reasonable, respectful, and friendly.

My dryer had been out for a month and although I had replaced several broken parts it still wasn't working. Sterling came in and quickly assessed what was wrong and took care of the problem. He was really underpriced for his work, time, and attention. It was a simple thing I missed but he could have taken advantage of a mom of 5. I appreciate his honesty and that he didn't waste my time. You will definitely get sterling service with Sterling. I told my neighbors, friends, and family.... I am out of business cards, so now I just text anyone and everyone his business card. I can't recommend him enough and will definitely use him again.

Jacob & Maria were awesome! I called that morning, and with such quick response time they were there that afternoon, ready to tackle the job! 10 out 10!! Maria is who I initially spoke to. And Jacob is the technician who came out to my home for my Samsung dryer not heating. He was efficient, quick and the pricing was right up my avenue. Definitely give them a call as they were amazing! I will definitely use them again.
